Flame Grill and Mediterranean Bakery began as a humble food truck in the heart of downtown, built on sleepless nights, 20-hour days, and a whole lot of heart. We grilled, stirred, and served our way into the hearts of our community, one dish at a time. Thanks to the incredible support of loyal customers who kept coming back for more, what started on wheels became something permanent, a place we now call home.
